Here's just some questions we often run into, that we wanted to get out of the way!

How soon will my order be processed?

Immediately! As soon as we receive your order we will start to process it. If you've ordered a Staple or custom designed piece, you will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your details, to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want out of the piece. From there it will be shipped within 14 calendar days, and be in your hands just as soon as the post office can manage it. 

I have a really specific idea but I don't see anything like it on your website!

That's not a question, but it is something we'd love to help you with. Send us a message and we will be happy to work out a plan for your piece with you. If it's leather, we can do it.

Where does your leather come from? 

Our leather comes from local suppliers in Toronto, Canada, as well as from a partnership that we have with a film production company here as well, who donates their unused leather from various projects and builds of there. A lot of our unique and stamped leathers come from them, and there are often clues in the names to wink at what tv show or movie the original leather was used on!

Are there any Vegan options?

There are! Not for everything, but some of it. Vegan Leather is plastic based, so we're unable to mold it in the same way, and there are a few other limitations on it. But if there's a piece you're hoping to get in a Vegan finish, just send us a message and we'll see what we can do for you!

Will the Eternal Belt really last forever?

They will. Or at least a really long time. Water Buffalo is incredibly robust as a material, and the way we finish them ensures longevity and strength. Our lead beltmaker made himself a water buffalo belt in 2020 and has worn it every day since then, and it's still in perfect condition. Barring cutting through it with a sharp knife, those belts will see you through just about anything. 

What's a Butter Tart? 

It's like a handheld pecan pie. It's a very Canadian dessert, and it's delicious.
